Data Deletion Instructions

BetterChat is provided by Kalypsi.

If you want your personal data deleted from BetterChat, please email support@betterchat.co.za with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Please include

  • Your name.
  • Your phone number connected to WhatsApp.
  • The business you contacted through BetterChat, if known.
  • Any other information that helps us identify your records.

How requests are handled

We will verify your request and delete or anonymise personal data that we are legally permitted and required to delete. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, audit, billing, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Client businesses using BetterChat may also request deletion or export of their workspace data by contacting support@betterchat.co.za.
